Chazmyne Jackson is charged with attempted murder in connection with the shooting, according to a release from the city.

Neil Brown, of Grove City, is federally charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor after allegedly taking nude photos and videos from customers’ phones.

Gerald Dixon was arrested following allegations of sexual misconduct with minors dating back to 1996. He was released from jail on his own recognizance on Tuesday.

If Dixon does not resign from his seat, his fellow councilmembers can motion to remove him. However, council rules require a unanimous vote to remove him.

In the video, Dixon appears calm as officers place handcuffs on him at his home around 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Documents say Vanessa Niekamp has until Jan. 8, 2026, to appear in court or a warrant will be issued for her arrest.
