One person was killed in a crash early Sunday morning in east Columbus, according to a public safety dispatcher.

The suspect turned themselves in at Columbus Police headquarters, Lt. Dave Ratliff told 10TV.

The district has proposed cutting high school busing and eliminating nearly 450 staff positions.
